The startup helps airline companies and tour-operators to re-sell their leftover plane tickets online, under a different brand. Easy-to-use, fast and automated, our solution allows corporate suppliers to easily upload and manage their flights on their own, without any specific knowledge. Hence, it helps them prevent losses while taking a very little amount of time. Their mission is to give any company with an air supply a solution to optimise their planes' fill rate, in addition to existing yield pricing solutions. So far, it's been working well with more than 150,000 plane tickets sold (that's €20M+ of revenue generated for our clients), operations set up in more than 35 countries, and €1M+ raised. Alongside their expansion, they're also looking to build the best experience for customers in the air industry and to revolutionize the way one sells a plane ticket.

Les missions

The Distribution team is dedicated to handling the sales of their exclusive content. This encompasses the following: 1. Making sure the stock is distributed as widely as possible. They sell their plane tickets on online travel agencies such as eDreams and on dynamic package companies such as Voyage-Privé - so they are always looking for new partners to reach more people. 2. Making sure that passengers are happy with their service and that they deliver a good response time to all parties involved in the after-sales process. 3. Monitoring prices and competitiveness of our flights vs. competition. They are now looking for a new talent, to help them increase the quality of service and making sure every passenger gets an incredible user experience. YOUR RESPONSABILITIES : You can call it customer support, customer success… What is important for them is the mission: you will make sure customers are happy, comfortable during their whole experience. The company handles everything from the moment a customer purchases a ticket and they board the plane. Your job is to make sure this experience goes smoothly, despite the high-pressure environment (purchasing a plane ticket can seem frightening to some). You will be part of a full-stack team, which means you will have full ownership, ensuring both their partners and passengers get the best experience possible. They also expect you to look at the big picture and help them grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be a real team player even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge them to improve thier product, their methods and their strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing their customer base .

Profil recherché

You will be a good fit to join the Distribution team if you:  - Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving the customers' problems - we place empathy and curiosity above all else. - Are able to process and automate actions - you have to scale your position to handle an ever growing volume of requests. - Have some experience with the air industry or if you're very curious about it. - Have strong written & verbal communication skills (English & French). - Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills. - Have the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team. - Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1. Everything else is a plus. They care about having a diversity of experiences and backgrounds in their team.
