We are looking for a French native who is also bilingual in English who will have the responsibility of the different marketplace where the company sells its products. You will work on the Asian and European sector. As the head of our Marketplace department,, you will be in charge of : 1) The Marketplace Management : Management of marketplaces (those where you are already present ...) Management of stores on marketplaces, highlighting of commercial operations and valuations Control of data flows and interfaces with our partners Management and improvement of the distribution of the product inventory Management of the relationship with marketplaces Deployment of new projects 2) The E-commerce Management : Management of the e-merchandising implementation and make recommendations Define cross-selling rules Monitoring and participation in the updating and improvement of the e-catalog Monitoring of functional tests of the site before going into production 3) Without forgetting the analysis part: Daily monitoring of the inventory and stock dashboard Reporting and management of the activity: sales follow-up and suggestion to optimize the quality of the proposed offer. Monitoring of quality indicators and the correct application of conditions (shipping times, cancellation rate, return rate, etc.) Control of consumer opinions and monitoring of actions taken by customer service
Bachelors / Masters degree in business or equivalent 3+ years experience (post graduate) in digital marketing with at least one year experience in a marketplace role You have strong business and analytical skills You also have excellent oral and written communication skills English & French bilingual is mandatory Knowledge of the Asian market is a nice to have
