You will support in the defining of our marketing strategy to reach our existing and potential customers through a multitude of media platforms and dedicated campaigns. Your goal is to create exciting and compelling campaigns, utilising modern marketing techniques and best practices to bring to life our full suite of products and solutions to industry professionals across the France and the UK and drive brand awareness with them. The key areas of responsibility for the Marketing Manager role include: - Defining the marketing strategy and customer engagement model for our product - Identifying and segmenting target audiences - Development of sales enablement content
Marketing Strategy - Ensure that your campaigns, whether focussed at prospects or at customers, join up with the core themes and the overall agenda driven by the business. - Maintain and update knowledge of the market and competitor information to ensure that we remain competitive at all times. - Creating thought leadership strategies to increase brand awareness and recognition Customer Experience and Engagement - Identify gaps in the customer journey and create a cohesive customer engagement strategy. This includes taking the lead and managing customer engagement and communication programs, including events, onboarding, and ongoing our campaigns. - Identify and build rapport with key customers who can assist in developing marketing content such as case studies and joint webinars. - Provide marketing support to account managers for up-sell initiatives. Identification and Segmentation of target audience - Research and analyse the market to identify potential customers and opportunities for appropriate digital marketing campaigns and follow through and generate leads - Develop a strong understanding of the core target market segments and relevant contact personas in order to build-out campaign strategies that yield positive results. - Take ownership of areas of the website to ensure our product is effectively positioned and accurately represented, including developing engagement strategies to generate organic, inbound demand. - Monitor and assess the impact of overall marketing campaigns and core activity channels to ermine ROI and improve campaign effectiveness, conversion rates and budget alignment. - Use tracking techniques and reporting metrics to evaluate and improve performance data. Sales Enablement - Build strong relationships with Sales, constantly aligning with the needs of the marketplace, identifying needs and opportunities, working together collaboratively and acting as an extension of our sales team in a trusted advisor capacity to achieve SU goals and objectives. - Develop sales enablement content (sales presentations, product sheets, etc.) to support Sales.
- Demonstrable and extensive B2B marketing experience working in a high-profile, fast-paced, results-oriented enterprise software business at either a solution or product level. - Excellent business understanding with the ability to analyse market potential, assess competitive strengths/weakness, develop a segmentation and account strategy, and build an actionable, measurable plan. - Hands-on experience developing web and email content, blog and social media posts. - Experience of using a breadth of marketing channels to drive and accelerate pipeline growth, build brand awareness and improve customer experience/retention. - The ability to analyse the buyer journey and determine different strategies to effectively target prospects and customers along their buying process. - In-depth knowledge and experience in the use of CRM to drive customer insight, manage data, identify segment opportunities, manage sales and marketing performance and adherence to process. - Knowledge of marketing principles and a strong understanding of current trends, best practice, strategies, legislation and industry standards relating to all relevant aspects of the marketing role. - Advanced skills in Excel - Positive work ethic with the personal drive and motivation to succeed and be inspired and excited by working in a high activity environment. - Ability to take often complex product and solution messages and develop them into customer-focussed value propositions with sub-messaging that are compelling and easy to understand. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand an audience and build rapport fast. - Excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail and accuracy. - Self-motivated and confident in supporting others. - Tenacious, energetic, passionate and committed, determined to achieve amazing results and make an impact, consistently delivering high standards and delighting customers. - Knowledge of the French industry preferred. - Degree level, diploma or equivalent education preferred.
